We have two options for oil pans available. Please specify which oil pan you want when placing your order! Option 1: Increased Ground Clearance High Capacity Oil Pan 5.4 litres oil capacity (versus the stock Subaru oil capacity of 4.2 litres), 110 mm overall height (versus the stock Subaru 168 mm overall height).   This oil pan comes with the following:

• Stainless Steel hex head retaining bolts
• Rubber-bonded steel washers to prevent oil leakage through the bolts holes
• Magnetic drain plug
• Drain plug seal
• A shortened oil pick-up tube
• Oil pick up tube ‘O’ ring

Option 2: Better Ground Clearance Ultra High Capacity Oil Pan 7.1 litres oil capacity (versus the stock Subaru oil capacity of 4.2 litres), 147 mm overall height (versus the stock Subaru 168 mm overall height).   This oil pan comes with the following:

• Stainless Steel hex head retaining bolts
• Rubber-bonded steel washers to prevent oil leakage through the bolts holes
• Magnetic drain plug
• Drain plug seal
• Oil pick-up tube
• Oil pick up tube ‘O’ ring

We recommend using Option 2, the Better Ground Clearance and Ultra High Capacity oil pan, on older high mileage engines to maximize the benefits of this VW & Subaru Conversion Auto Part, as the increased oil capacity will help prevent oil starvation due to oil consumption issues.
